We love Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, but what we even love more is to tailor them to the purpose and deliver the best outcome. We do not believe in a “one size fits all” type of approach.
We actively listen to clients to appreciate their culture and how they operate, to understand their challenges.
We do not promote bureaucratic processes in any form. Too many methodologies encourage a level of paperwork which is never done in practice. Our view is that this is counterproductive and unnecessary.
The practicality test we always apply is twofold: will this actually be done in practice? How can we improve and simplify this at the same time?
Agile Program management, productivity and operation development is my passion. I am particularly fascinated by projects that bring positive changes into people’s lives.
I believe that the road to any set goal can be broken down into projects and that by the right management of these projects we can accomplish positive changes.
Prior to set up my own company, I managed a number of projects within regulatory and the technology teams at mobile telecom operators like Elisa and Telenor. I hold a BA in Military and Safety Engineering from the Hungarian National University of Public Services and I am a Prince2 and Agile Coach.
I have relocated within Europe three times (Spain, UK, and Hungary). I’m a passionate traveller. These have given me treasured memories; they have also given valuable practical experience in change and risk management.
I believe that in our age built on digitalization, where automation and AI are increasingly prevalent, individuals have greater responsibility to actively promote and properly manage positive changes which could not happen if we don’t deal with our day to day tasks in a productive way.
