We love Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, but what we even love more is to tailor them to the purpose and deliver the best outcome. We do not believe in a “one size fits all” type of approach.
We actively listen to clients to appreciate their culture and how they operate, to understand their challenges.
We do not promote bureaucratic processes in any form. Too many methodologies encourage a level of paperwork which is never done in practice. Our view is that this is counterproductive and unnecessary.
The practicality test we always apply is twofold: will this actually be done in practice? How can we improve and simplify this at the same time?
Eszter Kovács, CEO & Founder of Manageld ltd.
Eszter has more than 10 years experience combined in technology and drone industries as a program and project manager. She is certified in both PRINCE2 and AGILE, she is also an AGILE coach. She holds a BA in Military & Safety Engineering from the Hungarian National University of Public Services and she is currently undertaking digital leadership studies at the Boston University.
When she isn’t running Manageld ltd., coaching clients or travelling, Eszter loves to go climbing and joining ‘Women in Business’ events.
